Can B-Marsh Tie His Own Shoes Without Incident?

"Aw, double hamburgers."
*****************************************

According to various news sources, Brandon Marshall went to New York to discuss his conduct with Commissioner Goodell last week. No word on whether or not the two men took turns setting up the couch cushions in front of the TV to construct a makeshift wrestling ring but interestingly enough, besides Marshall's lawyer it sounds like Rod Smith went along to plead against a suspension. Either that or Rod was just there to keep B-Marsh from downing a fifth of Cuervo in the car and breaking his ankle on a Snickers wrapper while crossing the street.

Look, I want the Broncos to win too, but three arrests including a DUI? Send the asshole a message before B-Marsh thinks he can get away with anything and pulls a Leonard Little.

Rod also announced his retirement today, which we already thought he'd done, but much respect for Rod anyway. He should be in the Hall of Fame, but the voters are a little stupid sometimes. We'll see. Hopefully the Broncos give Rod something more important to do than babysit their dumbest player.

Man im going to miss Rod. These younger generations dont know just how much he did for the broncos organazation. And without the leadership he displayed to the WR's there no telling how out of control Marshals going to be.

Let Plummer Play! said...

Yeah, Rod was great. However let us not forget that anytime a wide receiver is great, there is usually a counterpart to allow them to be that great. Look at all the threats on New England last year. Look at the 3 Amigos...And who, yes WHO I ask was as great as Rod Smith....You know WHO. Yet he is always forgotten in these discussions. I am now inspired to write the greatest tribute LPP has ever seen. Well maybe not the greatest, because that belongs to Jake. However the 2nd greatest ever, and that tribute will be to none other than EDWARD MCCAFFREY! Eddie Mac, Eddie Mac, let's go share a six pack!
How come no one ever brings up Eddie's contributions to those superbowl teams? Hey Rod had over 100 catches in 97, so did EDDIE!
So tonight, by the light of my computer, a six pack at my side, the Ramones playing loud and proud, my Mccaffrey jersey on and my MCFARLANE MCCAFFREY figure running away from Zack Thomas I will write that tribute.

P.S. If I don't get to it tonight, it will be within the next year or so!

I LOVE YOU EDDIE MAC!
