Proposition 8, YES OR NO?

When two bad teams, one at .500 and the other below .500 face off, sure lots of points will be scored. When two said teams are led by two decent quarterbacks, even more points will be scored. Yet, the QB who spent the majority of the previous week preparing, will win. Unfortunately, word around town is Brady spent too much time opposing proposition 8 in California and didn't get much chance to prepare. As for one of our two faithful readers that said "the Browns beat the Giants, so Denver beating the Browns obviously means something." I'm not even sure how to respond to that, beyond asking, is this reader 10 years old? Because when I was 10 years old, I'd often rationalize sports in that very way.

I just wanted LPP to know I will never be returning to this site agian. After such a big win with Jay Cutler leading his team back like ELWAY and yes like even looking some what like Plummer (with his avoiding the rush and picking up yards with his feet last night)you don't even give the guy any credit at all? Instead you poke fun at quinn? I really liked Jake but I am a Broncos fan and I have to move on. Even when jake left i loved coming to this site and reading what the LPP staff had to say about the games. But now it is just a joke.

Andy, we are sorry you're offended. We solemnly swear to never make fun of anyone every again. I promise, I swear, I beg your forgiveness.

Please come back, oh Andy, PLEEEEAAASSSEEEEE!

On a side note, we give credit when credits due. This Broncos team should currently be 3 and 6, we usually reserve credit for teams that are at least a few games above .500.

The Chargers would be tied with us, if not for the blown call and one missed field goal.

As one of our favorite sites fireshanahan.com says, we ought not to mistake luck for goodness, however Woody Allen did write, "It's better to be lucky than good" in "Match Point?"

I miss Jake and was so happy to find this website... I love the Youtube videos. Thanks for the tribute. I hope we see him playing football again.

So.....before Sunday the Colts (Possibly LPP's favorite team???) were 4-4 and now they have the same record as the Broncos with their win over the Steelers. My question is this....Because you guys base how good a team is on their record, Are your Colts just as shitty as my broncos??? And please justify any answer.

Oh and P.S. The Patriots won their first Super Bowl after a Tom Brady fumble was ruled a tuck by REFEREES. I enjoy how you guys constantly talk about the refs giving games only to the Broncos when controversial calls have been around FOREVER.

Jake won't play anymore b/c he became Jake "the choke" Plummer. Joe the Plummer probably has more interest in football than he does. Besides, he knew from watching Cutler he couldn't play that well.

Actually, as much as we dislike the Raiders, you're right. That Tuck Rule was a bullshit call too.

By the way, the Brady Quinn thing? Not my idea.

Hey LPP....Hopefully you guys were the only "Broncos" fans who while watching the game were also searching the web for some topless pics of Brady Quinn. What's that all about? What team you playing for anyway???

Cutler deserves absolutely nothing, until we either have a winning season or a playoff appearance. What is so hard to understand about that? Of course when I was playing I wished I had fans like most of you. I had 2 great games my senior year in HS at quarterback, but unfortunately the scouts didnt think that was good enough. Stupid them I guess I am the next Elway.
